SAP Insiders is an independent knowledge base for SAP and enterprise IT practitioners. It is available on the web at https://sapinsiders.org and as an Android app on Google Play. The Android app displays the same website, so this policy covers both.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for personal information to read our content.

Like most websites and hosting providers, our servers automatically record standard technical log information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only to operate the service, keep it secure, and understand general usage trends. It is not linked to any information that personally identifies you.

Storage on your device

The app and website store a small amount of information on your own device to make the experience work, such as your theme preference and pages you have viewed so they can be available offline. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Cookies and advertising

We do not show advertising, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Third-party services

We rely on standard infrastructure providers to host and deliver the website and to distribute the Android app, such as our hosting provider and Google Play. These providers may process technical data, such as your IP address, only as needed to deliver the service. The Android app uses your device's system browser engine to display our website.

Children's information
